Accomplishments and Recognition

Dr. Brotman O’Neill is recognized as a leader in the field of venous disease, including varicose veins and disorders of the deep venous system. She is published in her field, including The Journal of Vascular Surgery, and has given lectures at the state and national level. She currently lectures medical students at St. Peter’s University Hospital as well. Additionally, she has an accreditation in ultrasound vascular imaging.

Her approach to varicose vein and vascular disease is one full of wonder and respect, often referring to the practice as “an art.” She is accomplished in the application of endovascular technology for treatments of various diseases, including aortic aneurysms and peripheral arterial disease.

Dr. Brotman O’Neill was present for the first venous ClariVein procedure on humans in the United States and was the first to perform this technique in Mercer County, NJ. Dr. Brotman O’Neill has been recognized as a top doc in both NJ Magazine and SJ Magazine for her impressive work as a vein specialist in Mt. Laurel and Princeton, NJ.

Dr. Brotman O’Neill grew up in Hamilton, NJ. Early on in her life, she knew she wanted to be not only a doctor, but a surgeon. She graduated valedictorian from Steinert High School, where she began her journey as a notable contributor to science. In college, she was a member of the Varsity Harvard Cross Country and Track Team. She is married with two children and still enjoys running.
